Improving Education Quality

Increase the number of academic and administrative staff, develop undergraduate programs quantitatively and qualitatively, open education-employment compatible programs, emphasize educational counseling and guidance services, organize orientation programs suitable for new students according to current conditions, increase the utilization rate of computer technology and information systems in educational activities above the current level.

Sustainable Research and Development

Provide access to opportunities for supporting articles and projects published or cited in nationally and internationally indexed journals, contribute to increasing the number of information resources in the library, pioneer the preparation of projects that can compete at national and international levels.

Physical and Institutional Infrastructure Development

Work on developing the infrastructure of our Faculty's service building in line with institutional development, strengthening physical spaces through maintenance-repair and renovation, and equipping relevant spaces with machinery and equipment for education.

Work on developing institutional infrastructure for internationalization, increase the number and quality of international students, and increase the international academic activities of academic staff.

Faculty-Community Relations Development

Conduct scientific research that supports, reveals and sustains local culture, organize symposiums, panels and similar events, support lifelong learning, collaborate on projects with civil society organizations, and support the activities of associations and NGOs working for the benefit of society, especially those in need of positive discrimination.
