Improving the Quality of Education

To increase the number of academic and administrative staff, to develop undergraduate programs quantitatively and qualitatively, to open education-employment compatible programs, to emphasize educational counseling and guidance services, to organize orientation programs suitable for the conditions of the period for newly enrolled students, and to increase the rate of utilization of computer technology and information systems in educational activities above the current level.

Sustainable Research and Development

To provide access to opportunities for supporting articles and projects published or cited in national and international indexed journals, to contribute to increasing the number of information resources in the library, and to lead the preparation of projects that can compete nationally and internationally.

Development of Physical and Institutional Infrastructure

To work on developing the infrastructure of our Faculty's service building in line with institutional development, strengthening physical spaces through maintenance-repair and renovation, and equipping relevant spaces with machinery and equipment for education.

Development of Internationalization

To work on developing institutional infrastructure for internationalization, to increase the number and quality of international students, and to increase the international academic activities of academic staff.

Development of Faculty-Community Relations

To conduct scientific research that supports, reveals and preserves local culture and organize symposiums, panels and similar events, to support lifelong learning, to carry out joint projects with non-governmental organizations, and to support the activities of associations and civil society organizations that operate for the benefit of segments of society that particularly need positive discrimination in the social field.
